If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of the date of delivery. We offer one FREE return shipping on all orders. OmKart  will not accept any product that has been damaged, modified or already worn.

All items that were included with the product, such as free gifts (if any), packaging, accessories, etc., need to be returned as well. If the accompanied items are not returned, OmKart reserves the right to charge you for them. The specific charges will be determined once we receive the returned product.  

To initiate a request for return or exchange, all you have to do is fill out our Online Return Form. You can also call our Customer Service Team on 98300XXXXX and initiate the process. Following this, we will provide you a free return label on your registered email and you can ship the product back to us.

You can send the product back to our address. If the service is not available, you will be responsible for shipping the parcel back to us.

Please ensure that your shipment is securely packed. Also, we request that you record a video of the whole packing process. Once we receive your package, we will take up to 2 to 4 business days to process your request. All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team.

Refund:

The refund amount will be reimbursed to your original payment method after your refund request has been completed. The money may take up to 8 or 12 business days to show up in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you return a partial order, we will refund you for the returned items only.

The items will be returned to you if it is discovered to be altered, or worn. There won’t be a refund given in these situations.

 
Exchange:

You can call us or submit a request on our website to exchange your product. We will give you a shipping label once the exchange request is started, so you may return the item to us.

To exchange the returned product for a new one, please get in touch with our customer service team. Our quality control team will examine the returned item as soon as it is received. Your new product order will be shipped to you if the returned item passes quality assurance inspection. On the other hand, the returned item will be mailed back to you if it doesn’t pass quality assurance.

If, for any reason, you decide not to proceed with your purchase, give us a call at 98300XXXXX and provide your order number. We will do all in our power to cancel the transaction. Please be aware, nevertheless, that our fulfilment system is set up to send orders as quickly and effectively as possible.

Considering this, even if you have gotten in touch with our Customer Service Team right away, there’s a chance that we won’t be able to fulfil your request. This is because we won’t be able to modify or cancel your order because it might have already started the shipping process.

When a cancellation request for prepaid orders is received, we will start the process of returning the money to your account. For UPI transactions, this will happen through a cheque or bank transfer. For other payment modes, it will happen using the same payment method. If the debit or credit card you used to place the order is not currently in use, you will receive a cheque back for the amount.

Cancellation By OmKart 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any purchase since OmKart may not be able to fulfil all orders. Some explanations for not accepting the order could be anything OmKart  determines, such as restrictions on the number available for purchase, mistakes in pricing or product information, problems found by our fraud checking department, or any other problem.

In some circumstances, we also reserve the right to request more details before accepting orders. If there is a whole or partial cancellation of your order, or if further information is needed to process your transaction, we will let you know.
