Shipping Policy

All of our items are typically shipped out within 28 to 48 hours of receipt. Depending on the destination, we use reputable local couriers for domestic delivery and our logistic partners DHL, Blue Dart, and Speed Post for international delivery of our products. The time it takes to deliver the product to the customer’s door may vary from two to twelve working days, depending on their geographic location.

All shipping times listed on the website are approximate and we make no guarantees regarding them. If a customer has a deadline to meet, it is advised that they place their order as soon as possible. In addition to the shipping time, the production time—which ranges from 15 to 20 days based on the production demand and quantity ordered—must be allowed if the product needs to be customized to match the needs of the customer.
